Permanent stay -
Totally independent, attached toilet in anti-skid flooring, with shelf space for bath linen, American closet, grab bars, geyser, wash basin, mirror accessories, convenient pulley operated clothes hanger for daily wear, TV, Frig, 2 cots, 1 writing table with space for computer/printer, 2 soft-fabric upholstered sofas, 2 fans, shoe rack, pantry with wash basin and water kettle, toaster, telephone, Puja alcove, wardrobes, safe deposit locker, loft facility. One common sit-out for every 4 cottages. A/C at extra cost. Couple can continue to live in it after demise of partner.

Short Stay Quarters -
For a minimum of 3 months, a cottage can be booked on a time share basis, provided we get similar residents for the remaining 3 quarters. One resident can book more than one quarter. Rate per quarter is Rs. 2 lakhs for single/couple for lifetime. Not transferable.
