1. Persons below 55 years are eligible to register now by paying the total refundable and non-refundable deposit amount . The cottage will be made available at an agreed date in the future. This is subject to 6 months advance intimation before the date of occupation. Monthly maintenance will not be payable till the date of occupation.
   
2. 100% refundability of refundable deposit is subject to:
   
   1. A lock-in period of two years from the date of application for refund.
   2. Refundability does not apply to monthly maintenance fees.

Next to the main kitchen, a small domestic kitchen is being provided with basic facilities for residents to do occcasional private cooking.

Holiday Period And Corresponding Charges

Holidays: 31 to 89 days

Monthly charges, as per current charges, payable are Rs.3500/- per head, excluding food costs. However, the resident or the Trust has the option of offering the cottage to a temporary guest aged 55 and above for Rs.4000 per month (Rs.3500 + membership fee of Rs.500 per month). In this case the resident is exempt from paying his monthly dues. The guest has to pay the full period fees up front.

This rule and concession is applicable on the following terms and conditions:
	Daily physical fitness, yoga and transcendental meditation classes.
	Daily bhajans and spiritual discourses.
	Tournaments and matches, both indoor and outdoor.
	Readings in the library.
	Two films every week.
	A picnic every month.
	Lectures and discourses by visiting speakers.
	Internet related activities.
	Food festivals every month.

Holidays ranging from 15 to 30 days -- Rs.3500 less Rs.250 less = Rs.3250 per month
Holidays ranging from 7 to 15 days -- Rs.3500 less Rs.125 = Rs.3375 per month
Holidays less than 7 days will get no concession other than food cost.

Monthly Payments for Time Share Option
Rs. 5500 per month payable up front excluding food.

Married Couple Concession
The monthly charges will be:
Husband Rs.3500 + Wife (Rs.3500-125)= 3375 = Rs.6875 per month excluding food.

If the wife alone goes on a holiday, the holiday slab will be applicable on her monthly concession rate of Rs 3,375/-.

Holidays ranging from 15 to 30 days -- Rs.3375 less Rs.175 = Rs.3200 per month
Holidays ranging from 7 to 15 days -- Rs.3375 less Rs.75 = Rs.3300 per month
Holidays less than 7 days will get no concession.

Nomination
Every resident has to fill in a nomination form affixing the photo, signature, and consent of the nominee in case the amount has to be refunded after the expiry of the resident. In case the resident wishes that Dignity Foundation can retain this amount a declaration to that effect has to be made. Such persons will be conferred the status of CHARTER MEMBERS OF Dignity Lifestyle and will command special privileges during their life tenure at Dignity Lifestyle.
