Payment Details

Dignity Lifestyle is based on membership and not ownership. You become a member by paying an enrolment charge and a deposit at the time of joining. This deposit gets refunded to you or your nominee when you surrender the cottage. You also pay a monthly maintenance and food charge depending on the type of facility.

    We currently have two types of facilities:


The Monthly Maintenance fee includes housekeeping, bed linen laundry, Security, Common Car park, free use of Club House, Library, Indoor Games facility and Hydro therapy usage. All these activities are promoted for productive ageing.

Besides Monthly Maintenance there is Food Charge which is at actual as per your choice. The menu is priced extremely reasonably. There is a kitchen for private cooking adjacent to the main dining hall, where residents can enjoy making their favourite food as and when they want. Normal rate of meal will apply for utilizing the kitchen. Ingredients will be brought in by the residents themselves.

Assisted Living(Care Block)
The Monthly Charge includes food (special or normal), housekeeping, electricity, laundry, security and meal service in the cottage, apart from attendant care round the clock. Ophthalmic, Orthopedic, Cardiac, ENT and Dental specialists will be available for outside consultation, for the Care Block residents, against payment on actual.

The Monthly Charges do not include personal phone, e-mails, transport, medical treatment, medicines, hospitalisation etc.

Facilities available on payment basis
Laundromat for washing personal clothing, daily washing of clothes; car wash, driver supply, Ayurvedic body massage/treatment, medical consultation/treatment by visiting professionals ; local and STD/ISD telephone calls, electricity usage as per independent meter reading in each cottage.

The refundable component is subject to:

  1. A Lock-in period of 12 months after you handover the cottage/ room to the Management , along with a written claim for refund
  2. Availability of next occupant i.e. refund will only be made after the next occupant has registered.
  3. Refundability does not apply to monthly maintenance fees.
  4. The refundable amount will vary depending on the number of years of membership at the township.

Next to the main kitchen, a small domestic kitchen is being provided with basic facilities for residents to do occcasional private cooking.

Every resident has to fill in a nomination form affixing the photo, signature, and consent of the nominee in case the amount has to be refunded after the expiry of the resident.

In case the resident wishes that Dignity Foundation can retain this amount a declaration to that effect has to be made. Such persons will be conferred the status of CHARTER MEMBERS OF Dignity Lifestyle and will command special privileges during their life tenure at Dignity Lifestyle.
