Terms and Condition for Short Stay:
Cottage – Premium/Guest House
Refundable Deposit without interest: Rs.42, 000/-
Non Refundable Deposit:
Rs.8, 000/-
Monthly Charges:
Rs. 15,000/- per person, per month will be charged, which
will include lodging and boarding. Food served will be standard
as per menu for all other resident. Any extra food will
be charged extra.
- During your stay you will be entitled
for free use of library, card room, chess room, carom, medical
consultant from resident doctor and psychologist, 1 film
a week, if this is available at that time.
- All payment - deposit and monthly payment
to be paid in Advance.
- All booking to be made 6 months in Advance.
- All booking subject to availability of
cottage.
- Monthly payment once paid will be not
refunded.
- Monthly payment will be considered as
full month stay even stayed for one day.
- Management reserve the right for allocation
of cottage
- Management reserves the right to terminate
the stay at any time due to misbehavior.
- Maximum 2 people can stay in a cottage
- All outgoing like Electricity, telephone,
Spa uses, medicine, provisions, medical consultant, Internet,
bar room, picnic etc will be charged extra as per available
rate card at the time of uses.
- Food plan will include - Bed tea, Break
fast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner
- Refundable Deposit will be refunded after
settlement of all the dues and after getting clearance from
GM - facility and Inventory, within 1 month
Stay Period: Maximum
3 months.
